A product build is fixed scope and fixed price: we agree what gets shipped, agree the price upfront, and deliver it to production. A retainer is ongoing: either managed delivery, where we own the backlog and the architecture, or staff augmentation, where an engineer joins your team and you manage the work. Most clients start with a build and keep the team on a retainer afterwards.
Product builds start at €6,000, split 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. Managed delivery starts at €3,900 per month for the first developer, with the delivery lead included, and €3,200 for each additional developer. Staff augmentation starts at €2,900 per month. The exact figure depends on seniority and stack, and you get it in writing before anything starts.
