A call to work out what you actually need. If it is a fit, you get a written scope and a fixed price within 48 hours. If it is not, we will say so on the call.
Typically 4 to 8 weeks to production, agreed in writing up front rather than discovered later.
50% at signature, 50% on delivery. Nothing hourly.
The signed scope fixes the price, so it cannot drift. Anything outside it gets priced separately and you decide whether it is worth it.
The founder scopes every build and reviews the architecture. Engineers execute against it.

Most builds land between €18,000 and €35,000. Below €12,000 a written scope, a fixed price, and a production deployment do not add up, so we would be setting you up to be disappointed.
