Your product, priced before we start.

We scope it together, agree one number, and ship it to production. Most of our work is placing engineers inside your team, but when you need something built rather than staffed, this is how that runs. What follows is the shape of the document you get back.

Minimum engagement

€12,000

Most builds land between €18,000 and €35,000. Below €12,000 a written scope, a fixed price, and a production deployment do not add up, so we would only be setting you up to be disappointed.

The number in your proposal is the number on the invoice. It is agreed before anyone starts and it does not move unless you ask it to.

How it starts

A call to work out what you actually need, then a written scope and a fixed price within 48 hours. If it is not a fit, we say so on the call rather than sending a proposal we do not believe in.

Price

One number, agreed before any work starts, covering everything in the signed scope. No hourly billing, no rate card, no invoice you did not see coming.

Timeline

Typically 2 to 3 weeks to production, written into the scope up front rather than discovered halfway through. You see working software in the first week, not a status report.

Payment

50% at signature, 50% on delivery. Nothing hourly, nothing in between.

Change of scope

The signed scope fixes the price, so it cannot drift on its own. Anything outside it is quoted separately and you decide whether it is worth it before anyone writes a line of it.

Ownership

You own the code, the infrastructure, and everything produced for you. Every engineer signs IP assignment before they touch the repository, and that assignment runs through to you.

Who runs it

The founder scopes every build and reviews the architecture. Engineers execute against the scope, and the person who wrote it stays accountable for it.
